An unmissable evening for those who love music, dance, wine and gourmet cuisine. It allows you to rediscover flavors thanks to music and different locations with a game of emotions that will surprise the less experienced but also the most demanding wine lovers.
The event will take place in the parks of the farm, in the cellar and in the vineyard.
How to participate:
reserved for a maximum of 40 people (over 18 years old) upon reservation
Dress code: country elegance, that is, with shoes suitable for dancing and for going to the vineyard
An evening dedicated to music and dance, to great wines paired with refined dishes, to the rediscovery of your senses: taste, hearing, sight and touch awaits you
Live music with Andrea Pinsuti composer, singer and songwriter, multi-instrumentalist. Disco music.

- IGT Sanchimento a “semi orange” produced with a mixed technique in amphora and traditional in combination with the “seasoned” made with vegetables from the Fattoria del Colle garden
- Leone Rosso DOC Orcia with Chianti tuna
- Cenerentola Doc Orcia with pappardelle served with wild boar sauce and panforte flakes
- Brunello 2019 with Brunello braised meat and potato millefeuille
- Brunello reserve 2018 with very old pecorino
the classic method Brut rosé sparkling wine is offered in three different environments: slow dancing in the cellar where the lights create a magical atmosphere, tasting truffle crostini and in the vineyard hunting for shooting stars and romantic hugs. - Vin Santo with semifreddo from Mantovana and traditional Mantovana
